When this building was acquired in 2020, the reactions were mixed, with whispers of doubt balancing the overwhelming excitement. At that time, a local leader proclaimed that “the days of office life are in the past and nobody wants to live downtown. That building’s been vacant for years and will remain that way, unfortunately.”

Fast forward to July 25th, 2024, a day on which we were all standing a bit taller and overflowing with pride. We at Seneca One are pleased to announce that Highmark has officially onboarded hundreds of employees and we’ve welcomed them to their five redeveloped floors atop Seneca One. The building has always been rooted in technology, dynamic business incubation, and community involvement, and Highmark will be an ideal partner to continue this tradition.

It is safe to say that we are truly conducting business at a higher level. Welcome, Highmark!

Regarding the rest of the building, the residential portion remains completely leased with an impressive waitlist. Exploring the property, one will find a café, five health and wellness options, an auditorium, an art gallery, food hall, lobby bar, taproom, gondola, car detailer, golf simulator, numerous event spaces, conference center, dog salon, and over 75 dynamic businesses calling Seneca One home. We’re growing every single day. Additionally, thousands of people visit Seneca One daily, harnessing the positive energy and spreading it throughout the community.
