Over the years, you’ve been watching Buffalo’s tallest building, Seneca One, transform into a mixed-use facility that is active 24/7 and has a tech-focused community. This 1.4M square foot building stands 529 feet tall with 38 floors, hosts over 100 apartments, and welcomes a diverse workforce that continues to grow.

You may be heading downtown and your first question may be: “Where do I park?!”

Let’s walk through it together!

Because we’re in Buffalo, most guests are used to driving to Seneca One. Before you hop in your car to head downtown, consider the following convenient and available transportation options:

  1. NFTA Rail – Seneca One is a 30 second walk from Seneca Station.
  2. NFTA Bus – Seneca One is a 30 second walk from Washington Street Station.
  3. Reddy Bikeshare
  4. Walk or Ride a Bike.
  5. Carpool with Friends.
  6. Coming from out of town? AMTRAK’s Buffalo Exchange Station is directly behind Seneca One!

Parking at Seneca One

There are many parking options when visiting Seneca One. Other than the available street parking around the building, we highly recommend that our visitors park in the parking ramp at 50 Exchange Street.

The cost to park in this ramp is normally $6/day, however, there may be special/event pricing in effect depending on what is happening at or around the building. We recommend the parking ramp at 50 Exchange Street because this parking ramp contains an enclosed bridge on Level 3 that connects directly to Seneca One!

Pull into the ramp at 50 Exchange Street and collect your ticket. If you head directly to Level 3, you can snag a close spot to the bridge! If you do not park on Level 3, or if Level 3 is full and you find parking elsewhere in the ramp, there are elevators and stairwells available to get to Level 3. There is signage in the elevators and stairwells to direct you to the Seneca One via the connecting bridge.

After crossing the bridge, you will see a plaza area to your right. This contains Other Half Brewery and Cloud Cover Coffee. If you continue to the left through this area towards Main Street, you will encounter the East Entrance of Seneca One. If you go through the East Entrance, you will see Hounds & Hops to your right as soon as you walk through the doors.

To get to the West Entrance of Seneca One, continue left past the East Entrance, out the doors, and cross the Main Street tunnel. Once you cross Main Street and go through the doors, you will encounter the Seneca One Apartment Entrance on your left and the West Entrance on your right. If you go through the West Entrance, you will see Undergrounds Coffee to your left as soon as you walk through the doors.

You can get to the Seneca One Lobby by taking the elevators or the escalators from either entrance. The elevators are opposite of the tenants (left for the East Entrance, right for the West Entrance), and the escalators are down the hall for both entrances.

If you park on the streets around the building, the East Entrance is visually marked by Other Half Brewery/Beer Garden, and the West Entrance is visually marked by M&T and The Clubhouse.

Once at the Lobby level, you will see a seating area. Tellers Lobby Bar will be on your left, and the Aud will be on your right. Behind the seating area will be the Security Desk.

If you are not attending an event, please check in at the Security Desk or give your contact a call to let them know you’ve arrived!
